Really interesting and useful resource for learning Triz in software arena.
Just two little flaw:
- some 404 file not found if you click the web link in the book
- it's not possible to print from pdf.
Needs lot of editing

The book needs lot of editing (a good editor is definitely needed). Needs to be concise and to the point. Sentences are too long and very difficult to understand. Sometimes it feels like things are discussed in random order which confuses people new to innovation. It also seems like, this book is just a compilation of all the ezines that was published in the past.
