Great job! In particular Case Study 3 [page 186] “If TRIZ Is So Good, Why Isn’t Everyone Using It?”. I am a novice to TRIZ and have wondered about this for some time. Dr. Mann provides a thought provoking answer.
The book reinforces looking at opportunities. That’s important because engineers, myself included, often fail to do that.
Every practitioner should have this book in their reference library.
I am waiting for the followup book of case studies to be published.
