I bought this book after going through the IFR TRIZ University modules as someone with a background in social sciences. This was an interesting experience to understand how best to relate to engineers, which was the impetus for me buying "Everythink." This book is useful for learning to deal with various stakeholder mindsets and destabilizing our inherent psychological inertia along the way.
