Having known about Systematic innovation for a year I have used the Business Contradiction with managers in the NHS to great effect. Despite the conceptual squeeze as their thinking shifts from scatter gun mode to focus on Inventive Principles, they have found the approach useful and the thinking styles not entirely foreign to concepts used at a therapeutic level with clients.
