TRIZ-Based CERTAIN Troubleshooting
The world of troubleshooting hasn’t evolved since the 1980s, but the sorts of challenges faced by troubleshooters have changed exponentially. Problems are much more complex, dynamic and interdependent than they have ever been. The 20th Century was a century of specialisation – a world of vertical experts that increasingly find it impossible to communicate across silos. Troubleshooters, if they are to successfully shoot the trouble, have no choice but to operate horizontally, connecting the dots between the vertical silos. The 21st Century is becoming the century of the generalist. It is becoming the century of the horizontally-oriented troubleshooter. This 16-hour workshop introduces the seven universally applicable ‘CERTAIN’ troubleshooting process and toolkit (more details at http://systematic-innovation.com/assets/iss-261-Dec-23.pdf).
